所有的国际学生都需要自己寻找住宿地，所以请在来利纳雷斯之前，提早寻找住宿地。下面是一些利纳雷斯的住宿类型：
(a) 在旅馆或者青年旅店临时住宿，一天大约是20 €。
(b)长期居住:
(b.1)公寓 (合租或者一个人单独租住，自己做饭)：对于在利纳雷斯留学时间为3个月或者更长的学生来说，合租公寓是最普遍的选择。一个人租一间房二代费用大约是一个月150-250 €(不包括水电费，燃气费和网费，这些费用一个月通常是 60 €)有些情况下，房东会要求租户提前支付押金，大约是一个月的租金，在租户合同期满退房时退还押金。公寓一般带有家具(床，桌子，椅子和厨房用具)，但是不提供床单和毛巾，学生需要自己准备。这类公寓的价钱因为房间的多少价格有所不同，一般的一室公寓或者两室公寓的一个月的租金是400 €-500 €。

Accommodation
All international incoming students are responsible for looking for their own accommodation in Jaén (& Linares) and, for this reason, it is advisable to do it well in advance to the expected arrival date. The accommodation possibilities in Jaén are the following ones:
(a) Temporary accommodation in hotels & hostels (www.paginasamarillas.es) and youth hostel (www.inturjoven.com/es/albergues/albergue-inturjoven-a-spa-de-jaen.html, 20 € approx./day.
(b) Permanent accommodation in:
(b.1) Flats/Apartments (sharing it or renting your own one, self-catered): sharing a flat is the most common choice for students staying in Jaén for 3 months or more. Monthly rents for one room vary from 150 to 250 € per person (water, gas, electricity and internet connection not included, which normally amount to 60 €/month approx.). In some cases, lodgers may be asked to pay a deposit in advance, which normally amounts to one month’s rent and which is returned at the end of the stay. Flats are furnished (beds, tables, chairs and totally equipped kitchen), but there may be no bed-sheets or towels, which must be brought by the students. Prices for these apartments vary depending on the number of rooms, normally ranging from 400 € to 500 € per month for a one or two-room apartment.
